Jennifer McCarthy
Vice President, DC Metro Region
Since graduating from law school in 2005, Jennifer has focused her practice solely in real estate. She began her work at Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley, Emrich & Walsh, P.C. in the Prince William County Office specializing in land use development, zoning and planning. At Walsh, Colucci, Jennifer gained experience representing homebuilders and developers and working with local politicians and County officials through the land use development process. Jennifer also handled transactional matters and advocated for plaintiffs and defendants in various civil litigation matters.
Jennifer experienced the other side of the table by representing community associations at Segan, Mason & Mason, P.C. While at Segan Mason, Jennifer represented community associations as general counsel and in the debt collection process. Shortly thereafter, Jennifer began work as a title attorney at RGS Title, managing the Gainesville, Manassas and Warrenton locations. Jennifer has conducted thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions and refinances. Thanks in part to her broad scope of experience in real estate law, Jennifer has proven to be an asset in handling all legal, contract and real estate questions that arise during the settlement process and at the table.
Jennifer has established an exceptional relationship with the local community, including but not limited to local brokerages, law firms, businesses, public officials, and consumers. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Prince William County Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and Prince William County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
She received her Juris Doctor from Penn State, the Dickinson School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University. She is also a licensed Title Producer in VA. Jennifer is married with two children and resides in Haymarket, Virginia.
